- 現代美術が盛んなドイツ。戦後、クンストフェアラインという制度の中で、商業主義に毒されないひたむきな芸術が大きく成長してきました。
そんな芸術的価値を主要とする表現のひとつが版画です。
ボイスやヤンセンなど、当時の社会体制に懐疑的だった作家が多くの版画作品を生み出しました。
しかし、残念なことにドイツの版画は日本ではあまり知られていません。
本展覧会では、当館が所蔵するドイツの版画作品を多数展示いたします。
ドイツ版画の魅力を発見していただける貴重な契機となることでしょう。

This exhibition presents German prints in the U-forum museum collection.
Germany was one of the birthplace of many great prints,and a number of
printmaker flourished .
But, the majority of the works are rarely displayed in Japan.
We hope that visitors to the exhibition will enjoy the German prints.
Dates: Sunday 19 April 2015 – Saturday 9 May 2015
Hours:1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
(This museum is closed on Mondays,Tuesdays,Wednesdays.)
Admission Fees: Adults 300 yen.
Preschool child and younger children,disabled visitors admitted free of
charge.
